Janice: Your pose and your face are great here, but the high fashion outfit doesn't quite fit the criteria of this particular photoshoot. It's a little bit too much for this particular photoshoot in a way that it takes away from us seeing your true potential as a model. This is about model basics after all, we can get into more complex fashion later.
It doesn't matter that I made you change the photo Cheryl because your original was used in cycle 1, you've still a beautiful smile. In contrast to the original, this one has a darker and bolder element which could help you stand out from the rest of the smile photos.
As for Sakura, I'm not a fan of the photoshopped background, it contrasts against you in a really bad way. Your face in this is beautiful, but the overall composition of this shot leaves much to be desired.

P!nk: *face palms* I love Natalia but I dont' love this. I can't see anything behind that huge mess of clothes you insisted on wearing. I do love your connection with the camera. That's it  I don't remember there being a Cheryl Cole in Season 1 lmfao Nor did I remember that first picture, and man I LOVED it. This one is good too. I love the smile. I just don't love the rest I know this isnt' your fault though, so that's a plus for you. I love the picture on a whole, but not sure how I feel about your face. I'll have to really think about this when ranking, because I do see a basic beauty to the picture. Just not sure how I feel with the face.

I'm not liking your full body shot. I don't think it shows your potential in a positive way. And it may be because of the outfit. It feel like the outfit is everywhere and partially made of garbage.
I love Cheryl's beautiful and natural smile. You have a beautiful smile and a nice twinkle in the eye. I do feel like Cheryl is a bit messy here, but the smile is great and is the first thing you see, which is important.
I like the beauty shot, it has an innocence to it, which is great. You can see her anime features clearly, and I like that about this photo.
Overall, you've had an okay week.
