Welcome ladies and gentlemen! This photoshoot was just to get the hang of your characters and know where to look for their photos. There will be no elimination, but let's see how you all faired.
Janice: I do love the pose on Yasmin, but I do think the make up is over done for the simplistic nature required for this photoshoot. We really needed to see her face here, as well as her other assets, such as herlong legs, which we do see very nicely, and also her potential to pose and sell an outfit. But I think the make up brings it down.
Kelly's smile... I don't like it, I'm going to be honest, it looks like someone has just gone down on her, and it's tickling her. I understand it's a risk, but this particular risk is something that doesn't go with me.
Storm's photo is also a risk. We can't fully see the features we do have, but profile shots are hard to pull off, and this is pulled off well Unfortunately, in a beauty shot, we want to see your face, and it's overshadowed by your hair, albeit beautiful, it's just not showing off your face as well as it could.
Morgan:
Yasmin- Your pose is very edgy and unique I quite love the way that you are controlling your body and giving us great poses whilst looking graceful at the same time. However the heavy makeup is detracting from your facial features and making your eyes look dead and lifeless, the body is perfect but the face is lacking.
Kelly - This is cute, and somewhat looks like Hyori's smile shot however you are not showing us your eyes here and I think thats your downfall. Even with your eyes closed it somehow looks like you are looking downwards. There is no doubt that you have a beautiful smile I just wish your eyes were making a connection with the camera to emphasize that smile.
Storm- I think this is more of a good personality shot than a beauty shot, you have the storm element in the background, your beautiful flowing hair and radiant eyes. Your cheekbones stand out here as well as your pursed lips which give us some idea of your profile. It would have been good to see more of your face, but as far as a photo of you goes this is quite good.

Now to start, Team Africa.
Yasmin, I just adore the pose! However, everything else is just a fashion disaster that we're going to turn into a fashion masterpiece. Your make-up is definitely over the top in a negative way. You sort of look like a very skinny flower patch. I quite love the sleeves of your outfit and everything kind of has an African flair to it which is a wonderful representation of your team, but the outfit is loose fitting to the point that it just isn't attractive on you. Those shoes though, are just fabu! Hat, not so much.
Kelly, why have you decided to take a bite out of your finger with those amazingly gloriously white teeth of yours? I mean, it's simply unbecoming of you. I do wish you were making eye contact as well, but with eyes as striking as yours I can understand showcasing your smile is more important.
Storm! What stunning white eyes to match your hair. They're simply glowing and that bit of lightening in the background gives new meaning to the word "striking". You're also very serious or very angry. I can't tell which.
Overall, Team Africa, it's a start!
Janice: Zhao, I just met you, and this is crazy. But here's my number, so call me, baby. You're looking suave, handsome, dashing and absolutely debonair! We can see all the distinguished features of your face, and we can see why you're one of today's top male models. My only criticism is that I wish it were a full body shot, from head to toe.
Hyori's smile is beautiful and real. She looks like she's laughing, and that does make it more realistic. What I don't like about this one though is the wrinkles around the eyes. They make you look 40 instead of... How old are you again? 33? Wow, you're not far off it, but otherwise, it's a good photo.
Mulaaaan! You are beautiful. This picture is overall pleasing to the eye with all the colours and blossoms. There're just enough to add to the picture without taking away from the overall beauty of it. I love your eyes, and your supple, small lips.
Morgan:
Zhao: You look like a porcelain doll! Your skin looks flawless- absolutely flawless. Your pose is sexy and suave as is your facial expression. Leather tuxuedo aye, why didn't I ever think of that? It would have been good to have a complete full body photo, but its a minor criticism to the photo you have produced.
Hyori- Arent you a cute little thing. I actually think you look quite young, fun and fresh for your age here. The angle of your face here is throwing me off a bit, I think it would have been stronger with a front on shot. But I like the risk you have taken here and the fact that you look adorable and cheeky with your fingers near your mouth makes this photo quite good.
Mulan: Wow this is a perfect beauty shot! You look absolutely gorgeous and your environment around you looks alive and beautiful. Your skin looks great, your eyes, face and lips look full and very well defined. Im very impressed with this.
Rarity: Team Bambootylicious! I love that name!
Zhao, I quite enjoy this. I can see your potential and you haven't had to go over the top which I just love. That suit is just stunning in the way it hits the light and the sunglasses were a nice touch.
Hyori, That was the most adorable smile I think I've ever seen. Even Fluttershy, when she's at her least shy can't match it. It's so simple but so great, let's work on the outfit though, I can see a fray on that shirt of yours.
Mulan, You are just simply stunning. So much so that there are no words, but I will make them up anyhow! Your hair blowing in the breeze and the flower petals floating around you. Very well done!
Overall, I'm very impressed!
Janice: Andrej, you are hot. Only someone as hot as you could appear on the top 50 hottest women list, even though you're a man. Every man is gay for you! First thing I notice is your androgyny, that is a trait highly desired amongst any model, male or female, because it makes you versatile. I love your style, and that you're sitting down, it's enough so that it doesn't take away from your height, that's a hard thing to do.
Emma sure does have that girl next door quality about her, and this is is no exception really. Emma does have a beautiful smile, and I'm glad you took the root of giving us a small grin rather than showing all the pearly whites. In photos like this, we need to see the smile in your eyes. You have done this too.
Link! Hello handsome! Like Andrej, Link has a sense of androgyny in this picture. It's apparent that Link is a male here, but at the same time he has the soft features of a female. I really love the eyes, there's a sense of determination in them. There's emotion.
Morgan:
Andrej- Wow I can definately see this versitility that Janice mentioned, that is a striking and very valuable asset to have. Your pose is quirky and edgy which I'm loving, you have a very young, fresh and defined face. This is a great potential shot!
Emma- Who is a gorgeous girl! I see the ladies cant help but flock to me once again this cycle. You are making a great connection with the camera here, and I like that hint of a smile that you have on your lips like you are about to break into a big smile at any second. Your eyes are chocolatey gorgeous. A bigger, wider smile would have made this ideal.
Link- Arent you a pretty boy! I love the emotion in your face and in your eyes, which are quite gorgeous for a male. Your flowing hair looks great and your face has so much detail, almost human like. Great beauty shot!
Rarity: Team Fairyland! Another great name, almost as good as Team Ponyville, but we can't all get amazing names such as that.
Andrej, I get a very Michael Jackson feel from this photo and it's a good feel. I think I would have preferred your feet to be flat but this is unique. Your jacket sleeves are even cool.
Emma, where are those pearly whites? I want to see the pearly whites! This is a nice soft smile but I don't see it standing out. You do seem to be smiling with you eyes a little but it's just not enough.
Link, this is very good, I really love your hair and the dew drops forming around the photograph give just a little bit extra. Those eyes really do draw you in, I'm very impressed.
Overall Team Fairyland, a noble effort!
Janice: Dioni's picture is interesting, it's a good full body photo photo part from one important detail, and that's a little bit of eye-contact. All we can see is your eyelids, how do we know what kind of emotion you can bring though if we cannot see them?
Natalie's photo is just plain creepy to me. It's malevolent and her teeth and mouth are HUGE! I would like to see you tone it down a bit. We all want to be happy, but not to the point we're scaring people away.
Harley, you're cute, you're young, you're radiant. However the black and white here really detracts from it. You have beautiful eyes, and a very doll-like facial structure, but it's half covered by your face.
Morgan:
Dioni- I like the different pose here. I feel as if I am an onlooker disturbing a model in a slumber but your body looks controlled and not lazy or lethargic to me so I dont mind having that perception. However I wish your face was more alert,your eyes look like little slits. If you were looking at the camera with some emotion and passion this would be a perfect shot.
Natalie- I'm sorry to say this, but when I first saw Natalies photo I thought it was to do with the challenge, trying to find the worst photo. Now I'm not saying it IS the worst photo,but I think a better smile photo could be found. You are beautiful here, you have great skin and facial features and I can see you were trying to come across as being cheeky and fun, which it does but too much so to the point it looks creepy and disorganized.
Harley- This is exactly what a beauty shot should be, simple and yet quirky. I love how you are showcasing your natural beauty whilst adding in some of your personality with the joker card. Awesome job!
Rarity: Teamy Hysteria? Well that is quite the unique approach. I'm excited to see what you're going to throw at us.
Dioni, I do like your pose all the way up to your shoulders. It appears you're getting sun in a lot of dark clothing, you must be steaming in that outfit. I can't say I like your expression. It's as if your between sleep and a squint because the sun is in your eyes. For the most part this is nice.
Natalie, I laugh at you smile, which is good, it means it's contagious. However, it also seems forced, like your smiling like you don't want too so you want to have one bring bright one that will make everyone stop bothering you. It's actually kind of hysterical. Which goes well with your team name.
Harley Quinn, hmm I do wish this weren't black and white and the joker card weren't over your right eye. For a basic beauty shot, you're look average and I just don't know. The glint in your eye is appealing but it's not enough because of the shot being black and white.
Overall, there's areas to improve but I don't think it's a bad start.
Rarity: Team International! I expect some exotic shots from you!
Gisele, right off the bat, I'm not crazy about this looking like a magazine cover. You're a little early. However, that being said, this shows a great amount of potential in both your pose and fashion. Nice work.
Nicole, I love your smile! It's soft and confident. Your hair steals the show though, it's so big and curly and a little bit messy. That's fantastic but where we were looking for a smile that would overpower everything else, it's just ok.
Ariel, Wow! Your blue eyes stand out so much and even with the redness of your hair. It's strange, it looks like your eyes are following me no matter what position I'm in, and yet they also look like their off staring at something else as well. It's very confusing but in a good way. I really love this.
Overall, this is a good start.
Janice: I too am not impressed by the magazine cover aspect of your photo with Gisele. Though we see your long, lean figure, but your legs are cut off, when a full body would have been much better, and that feathery shawl thing is detracting from the photo.
Nicole's smile, it's easily the best this week out of any group for me. It is a little bit forced, but you do look easily the best out of anyone, and also one of the younger ones, despite being one of the older celebrities here.
Ariel's eyes just pop out, and they are her most beautiful feature here. But Ariel has a lot of beautiful features, including that fiery red hair, and those beautiful lips. You look youthful and beautiful, this is a strong start, but I don't like those dark bags under your eyes.
Morgan:
Gisele- This is interesting and quite unique which I like, but there isnt much energy coming through. Your pose and styling is probably the strongest points in this photo. It does show some potential and there is a great idea behind this photo but it probably could have been executed better.
Nicole- I actually really like this. You are making a great connection with the camera and I think your smile looks quite natural. This photo also showcases a lot of your model features such as your forehead, eyes and curly hair. I think you have done well.
Ariel- I love this! Although there was quite a wait here, Im glad you followed through because this is a great beauty shot. Your hair looks lovely and flowing, your skin looks flawless and you are modelling with that neck of yours. This is a beautiful shot of you
Janice: Jessica S - I love your pose and your face, but I think the green really makes you blend into the background when we want to see your model potential. You are selling your garments through the green though, so that's a huge plus.
Jessica J - This is the kind of girl that East Asia could fall in love with, and already has. You're cute, and Asia loves cute. This works very well for the Asian market, but a friendly toothy smile would work better for a Western market.
Jessica U - The lighting on this picture isn't in the best place, because we don't get to see it play with your features, but of the features we do see is your beautiful blue eyes, and your slightly masculine jawline. I also like how the hair is out of the face.
Morgan:
Jessica S- Ahh a team full of Jessica's, this can only end well for me! I am absolutely in love with your pose here, its edgy its different and unique! And yet you make this pretzel pose look so easy, you have a great posture and a way of making each part of your body long and in control. I actually love your hair as well. As Janice said you do somewhat blend into the background, but not enough for me to mark you down on that.
Jessica J- This is really cute! I love the wink, the dimples in your smile and the cute little shrug of your shoulders and styling. There is something within me, a drive to see a open full smile whenever I encounter a photo but you seem to have blitzed this shot without revealing your teeth.
Jessica U- Is that a knuckle weapon on your hand! I will know to be careful around you. This is a great anime shot all the way, the gorgeous sparkling blue eyes, babydoll blonde hair and triangular flawless face. It looks schoolgirl for me, which I dont mind but I hope to see some more edginess from you in the competition.
Rarity: Team Jessica! Oh this will be fun! I shall name you 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0!
Jessica 1.0, as apposed as I am to text, I completely understand why you would want to go for this photo. Even bent over this is really very unique. It's got a kind of Lady Gaga feel to it. There's a lot of green but because there are so many different shades, it's not too much for me personally, since it's my favorite color. I also really love your shoes. This is very decent.
Jessica 2.0, I do like a good wink from time to time, I'm just not a real fan of your smile itself. It borders on being a young person without teeth. Which isn't all that attractive. It's alright but I would have liked to see just a little teeth.
Jessica 3.0, This is cute, and yikes at the knuckle thingy, I'm a little intimidated. I like that your hair is up and you eyes are so large but a subtle blue and I really rather enjoy that.
Overall, not bad, but not great. We want greatness! I see the potential! Now let's really go for it!
Janice: A perfect photograph to show your potential. A simplistic pose, simple make up and simple hair. We can see Emily's assets perfectly, from her defined face to her long legs. I like it.
Zac's photo on the other hand, the focus seems to be away from the smile, and he's looking a bit squinty here. We know Zac has a beautiful smile, and it's not showcased the best it could be.
Well hello, Captain! How are you? Look at how the light plays with the shadows on your face, we can see your cheekbones, your brow and your jaw. Your other features are also defined nicely. Storm, take note, this is how a profile beauty shot is done.
Morgan:
Emily- Woo hoo girl I'm loving those legs. This is a great potential shot of you, showing off all of your greatest features. I love the pose and the alertness in your face. This is a great way to start off the competition.
Zac- Even I can identify a cute male when I see one. You have a nice smile, but you seem blinded by the sunlight so your eyes are hidden. Smiling is not only with your mouth but also with your eyes, but you are eye-less here.
Captain- Striking features! I love the way this is still a profile/beauty shot but with an edge. Its quite different to the typical beauty shot. As Janice mentioned your cheekbones are yummy, and I'm liking that tension and attitude in your face.

Emily, I really love everything about your photo. From your pose, to the dress, hair and shoes. I'm so impressed. Just the little bit of font at the bottom is making this from being completely flawless. Very well done.
Zac, My goodness you can smile with more than just your mouth and both eyes! I really, really love this. Except your in sand, and getting dirty and I just can't stand the filth! EEEEEK! No but seriously, I do enjoy this very much.

Janice: Cintia looks like she's stepped in something she didn't want to, by the expression on her face. The pose is quite simple, and you're selling us many accessories, but we don't want them, because they make you step in crap.
Emma's photo is really badly edited! It's too oversaturated, and overcontrasted. We really wanted to see a natural smile that people could relate to - I don't think we got that here at all.
Ivy's photo is the strongest in my opinion, yet it doesn't fill the brief of a simple, basic beauty shot. The hair is a bit too over the top. As a high-fashion beauty shot, it definitely works, but we were asking for a basic, clean beauty shot.
Rarity: Team Red! Hmmm, I wonder what to expect from you?
Cintia, I can absolutely see potential as a model. Your pose is so fantastic and your holding that purse like a real pro! I'm not so sold on your expression, it's a little bit like confused confidence. Like, "I'm doing this right, right?". So there's an area to work on.
Emma, I like your smile, It's wide and even though there aren't teeth, it's enough. I'm not crazy about how white your skin is and the orange in the dress is atrocious bright and unbecoming of a beauty such as yourself. I have to be honest and say your hair looks just a bit greasy as well. It may be the lighting from the camera of the photo but I'm just not a fan and I love your work.
Poison Ivy, you little seductress you. I actually like the Princess Leia hairstyle you're rocking and your makeup is brilliant. I'm a little bit scared of the claw fingers though but that's the only negative I see.
Overall, I'm getting good vibes from you as a team. Nice job.

Cintia- I like your stature here, I think your pose is quite cute. Im loving the styling and accessories. If only your face didnt have that look of disgust and was making a connection with the camera this would become such a better shot. I also like how you are working the purse, it looks like your using it as a fan to cool yourself down.
Emma- This looks a little too photoshopped for me to the point where your smile isnt the focal part of the photo any more. Your skin looks harshly white and your eyes are a little creepy, your smile is okay but looks too forced and unnatural.
Poison Ivy- I like the melting feel that im getting from this photo, ad well as the uniqueness that comes with it. You have attitude in your face which works well for you here and your lips and eyes stand out really well. I think this is a good photo to start with to present yourself.
Janice: What I do like about Almu's photograph is how flawless her skin looks! And also how she's giving us intensity in those eyes, she's looking away but it still doesn't take away from the photo because of that intensity! What I don't like is the outfit, or the pose. It's sitting down and not showing us all she can do.
Penelope's photo - There is no smile there, not even with her eyes. Can she smile? It's just a basic beauty shot for me. Penny, that photoshoot wasn't for you!
Vega! Hello handsome! Despite the claw and the mask being in front of him, centre stage is Vega's face! Handsome and beautiful. I love the intensity in his eyes, and I love how the light shows us his beautiful jawline, and his strong brow.
Rarity: Team Spain! Oh I do love that country, I've always wanted to travel there! Let's see what you have in store for us!
Almudena, I have to say it's nice. You look very innocent in that outfit but... I'm bored. Your hair seems flat, your expression is flat and your pose seems flat as well. Flat in fashion is never good. So it's something to work on.
Penelope, if this were a basic beauty shot for celebrity, you would be right on the money. I love your hair and make up and how simple this seems. But I'm not sold on your smile, and that was the most important part. It's not bad but it's not blowing me away.
Vega, Ooooo, A man with weapons, I could get into that. Your face is absolutely breathtaking, unfortunately, it's hidden behind that gaudy Wolverine claw thing. Your hair is great though! Not bad.
Overall, we'll need some improvements but I see potential.

Almudena- I think this is a little safe. No doubt your skin is great,and this is definitely different but too safe. You look a little uncomfortable and bored here and not really showcasing yourself. Try and liven yourself up more a bit next time and show us what you got
Penelope- The first thing I notice here is your beauty, you look like a model and your hair reminds me of a shampoo ad - which is a good thing. However the task was to smile and you didnt give us a smile. I wanna see fun and enthusiasm coming out of you. Your expression does look soft here which is heading in the right direction of a smile.
Vega- Wheww mr strong guy! I'm actually quite impressed with this. Your face is quite defined right here and still clearly visible with that massive weapon you are threatening us with. You have a nice jaw line and great facial features. Plus I'm loving those muscles that I can see, hopefully we can catch a closer look at them in the competition.
Janice: Coco, I love your pose, and I love the action in this! I love your outfit too! It's almost perfection. The only thing I'm finding a little bit risky is your face. Your lip looks a little lopsided. What happened? Botched collagen? Honey, I think I need to send you to my plastic surgeon!
Johnny, I don't know, I think you could have done better. You can't tell me you have a scary smile when you could have gone back in time to the 80s and given us this

This is just a bit too safe for me. Remember you have his entire career, if he doesn't have any modern stuff, look for retro.
Light, it's a good photo, but I think your hair is in your eyes a little bit too much. Other than that, I do really like this.

Coco- Wow, now this is the meaning of having a spring in your step. You look awesome here, your legs look 500 kms long and your limbs look active and graceful at the same time. Your face does look a little dead, vampire like and the cropping of the photo over the top bit of your head are my only complaints from this photo.
Johnny- Hello manly man. I actually like this, you are making a good connection with the camera with those chocolatey eyes of yours and that little smile playing on your lips. This is a safe photo however, try not to hold back next time.
Light- Of course no basic beauty shot of yours would be complete without your death note. I love the intensity coming from your eyes and the contours of your face. Janice mentioned for the hair to be swept away, which I agree with, show us more of you!
Rarity: Team Unique, I'm quite excited to see how unique you're going to be!
Coco, right off the bat, you chose to do something that no one else has, a movement shot! And I have to say, the potential in this is fantastic. You can clearly wear anything even if it is making my eyes burn. I really don't like the jacket and feathers but you make it look good. I really love those shoes and your expression is nice too.
Johnny, It's very average and boy next door. Your mustache is smiling more than your actual smile, but I can see potential and I look forward to more from you.
Light Yagame, what a unique name, Oh, hahaha! I made a funny. Why aren't you laughing?! No matter, I like your hair, even though it could use some color, it's a bit bland darling, and the skulls in the background are creeping me out. I like you eyes though, they're brown but what's more, they stand out, which is hard to accomplish.

Nicole's smile, it's easily the best this week out of any group for me. It is a little bit forced, but you do look easily the best out of anyone, and also one of the younger ones, despite being one of the older celebrities here.
