Welcome back to the competition! Let's start the critiques!
Christian, I find the picture to be very relaxed, and the fashion is good. However, when it comes all together, I feel it comes off as boring. I feel this mainly has to do with the pose, the expression and the overall fashion content.
Vin, I know you have a nice smile, but unfortunately, I'm not convinced about it in this picture. I feel you may have been limited with photoshoots, because a majority of his smile is found on the red carpet. This picture has a very "father" like quality to it, though. I've not decided on whether or not that's a good or a bad thing.
I was wondering whether we'd see older or younger Aang here. I think Older is a good choice to show manly good looks. The face is more developed, so we can see his strong brow and cheekbones. The beard doesn't do any favours for the jawline, but it is what we're looking for.

Christian - You look like the lead character from Hitman. It's a nice shot, though. We easily get to see all of you here, but I do think it would have been better in color. Since it's in black and white and you're in a suit, we don't get to see all the lines of your body and that's a bit more serious on a "Modeling Potential" shot than it is in pretty much any other shot. Still, I see enough from this shot to get a good idea about who you are and I feel like I can tell your style.
Vin - This is easily the weakest shot of the bunch, but I know that a smiling shot can be deceptively difficult to execute. I don't like the quality of the shot since the finishing makes it look like this was done with amateur equipment. It just looks a little like a department store catalog shot. You do have the theme down and I like the scale of everything in the shot, so it's not all bad.
Aang - I had to go research your character since I've never watched the show, but know enough to know that your character is supposed to be a child and that this shot made no sense to me. However, after researching, I found that your character does appear in adult form in the series, too. With that out of the way, I think this is probably the best shot of the three. You've met the requirements of the shot, everything is in good proportion, you're easily recognizable, and I like the overall art style of the shot. Good start.

Morgan: Hello baldies! Do I sense that you have a fetish for the Brazilian look? Me too!
Christian - You look like you are attempting to be very inconspicuous here while you conjure your evil plan for world domination. Looking very smartly dressed as you are doing this also. I would have liked more theatrical posing to compliment the vibe you are trying to create, making yourself more of an active figure in the shot rather than a passive figure. The distance of the photo and shadowing has resulted in little detail being shown in your face also.
Vin - Hey daddy! I'm liking this natural smile and the relaxed atmosphere you are generating. However your smile doesn't exactly make you look model like. Your eyes have been stolen and your nose looks quite large in this front on photo. Perhaps you need to experiment with angles a bit more.
Aang - What a fun name to say, I could get used to this. You look almost statue like, this reminds me of a statue of a president or someone significant in history. However you look very defined here, I'm liking the contours of your face the shaping around your lips and eyes. You have a unique look. The symbolism in the photo with the arrow is subtle but also may be a representation of your character.
