Morgan: A team full of lovely bouncy girls, I like what I see!
Abbey - Your model has such an interesting face, as well as a nice looking body but the face has captured me, those eyes especially. I like all the natural angles you are giving us in this photos, the hunched over look actually makes your neck look long. The positioning of your legs gives you length also. I think this is a strong potential modelling shot, I would have liked to see more of that face of yours though.
Ariel - Wow aren't you a beauty of the ocean. I think this is a lovely photo which portrays a beautiful innocence as well as a basic beauty. Your face has lovely contours, beautiful wide eyes and a nice perky nose. Your flowing red hair looks like it forms the shape of rose heads in some spots.
Kate - This is a nice simple and pure smile shot. Its a true smile which shines from your entire face. The styling of the photo and your personality that shines through gives you the impression of being one of those "girl next door" individual. Remember to bring some flair to your photos, the girl next door can be a safe image to have at times.

Welcome back to our former winner! Missed out on all-stars because you won, but still hung around!
Abbey, I think this is a sitting down potential picture done right. Though you're sitting, there's still a lot of fashion content, and I love the face, and the long legs, and the hunched pose.
Kate, straight forward. Loving the smile, it's closer up, which is what I prefer for this photoshoot. Very summery, and I love the heterochromatic eyes.
Ariel, I think this is good, but not great. I don't know about this particular angle is good, as it makes your head look very big in proportion to the rest of your body. However, it's still good.

Abbey - Just like Janice, I don't mind that you're sitting down in this shot. One of your legs is still extended in such a manner that we get to see your height in this shot despite sitting down and hunching over. As a straight up modeling pose, it's nice, too. The dress is nice and simple, but doesn't detract attention away from you. I would have liked if the photo itself was a bit bigger. I would have liked to have been able to see your face better, but with a modeling potential shot, we needed your whole body, so cropping wouldn't have been a good idea, but a bigger shot would have worked.
Kate - Had Janice not pointed it out, I don't know if I would have noticed your heterochromia (I have a story about heterochromia, but that's best saved for another time). This is a nice shot. Nothing really stands out and wows me about the shot, but there's also nothing really wrong with this shot. It's a nice photo of you smiling and that's about it.
Ariel - It's not my favorite, but it still works. I do love how your hair is flowing, but I'm not too keen on the angle of this shot. Your eyes are nice and it has a good touch of makeup in it, too. I think it just could have been enhanced with a different angle and a little less of your body showing.

Morgan: The elements of this photo that stand out to me the most is your banging body and the beautiful fashion that you are flaunting. Your dress is a perfect image of emerald green and has life within it with the flowing tail. The over the shoulder pose looks good on you a very royal pose which brings out the contours of your face. My main issue with this photo is it appears to be too safe, showcasing risks and creativity is a love of mine.

You look as rich and expensive as an emerald here, and that really works in favour of your colour choice. Love the fashion, and I love the face. But I'm inclined to agree with Morgan, it definitely feels safe.

Green is my favorite color and that is my favorite shade of it. I love the dress and I love the motion of it. I was also wondering if the shot was too safe, though. I feel like I've seen it before. I actually thought you were Charlize Theron for a second when I first saw this shot cause I feel like I've seen this same shot (in a different color) from her. Still, you've met the parameters of the challenge well and there's nothing inherently wrong with the shot. Just could use a bit more oomph.

Round 3 - Ariel "Prisoner of Love" This picture is inspired by both the Hans Christian Anderson and Disney versions of the Little Mermaid. In the original (and darker) Hans Christian Anderson version of the Little Mermaid, the Prince never falls in love with Ariel. The Sea Witch delivers Ariel a knife and tells her that the only way she can return to her family in the sea is if she slays the Prince in his sleep and drips his blood on her feet. However, having fallen deeply in love with the Prince, she cannot bring herself to do it. In the Disney version, Ariel makes a deal with the Sea Witch, agreeing to become her prisoner for the rest of her life if she is unable to make the Prince fall in love with her. This picture represents Ariel’s final moment of freedom as the Sea Witch begins slowly dragging her down. However, despite losing everything, Ariel still only has eyes for her beloved Prince. “Prisoner of Love” is an accurate title for this tragic tale. Although Ariel is now a prisoner of the Sea Witch until the end of her days, it was her own deep, foolish, unrequited love for the Prince that consumed her and got her in that situation in the first place.

Ariel, wow. This picture is unbelievable. It is perfect for the theme. Delicious, long body, and it's incredibly artistic. Great job here, girl.

Morgan: A beautiful photo, so much symbolism and delicious modelling, it looks like this photo was made for the song title. Your modelling is great here, you are working with the natural curves of your body and leaning comfortably into the pose. Your tail is memorising with the mix of different colours and represents a large fashion element in the photo. Although you look quite captivated by the love you share with your dazzling prince, the sword in your hand has left me pondering are you a prisoner of love or a prisoner of yourself?

Maybe it's both, Morgan. Because if you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else?!
Can I get an amen?!

I have to be honest, when I saw you choose Ariel, I was a bit apprehensive. After I saw your shot of Ariel the first week, I was left feeling that the other members of your team were going to need to pull Ariel's weight. However, this week, between your Reward shot and this shot, I have converted. I am in love with this shot and I am excited to see what else you can bring with this character. It's such a beautiful and sad shot. You've tied the song perfectly to the picture and I don't think there's any way for you to have done better this week. Great work.

So my questions never got answered in the other thread. I hope this submission is okay. If not, let me know. Round 4 - Abbey Lee "Animal Rights" Animal Rights expresses the idea that non-human animals should be entitled to possession of their own lives and should not be seen as human property to be used for food, clothing, research or entertainment. The documentary “Blackfish”, released earlier this year, brought lots of attention to this issue and shed some light on the controversial issue of keeping orcas (killer whales) captive in aquatic theme parks for human entertainment. These are highly intelligent animals that would normally travel up to 100 miles a day in the wild being forced to live captive lives in small tanks and with significantly shorter life spans. In this picture, Abbey Lee represents an animal living in captivity. The weird umbrella thing she’s under looks like a bird cage that’s clearly too small for her. The hopeless expression of her face and the fact that her breasts are exposed represents the vulnerability and lack of privacy captive animals must deal with every day. The animal print bottoms and shoes are a nice touch too.
