Welcome teams! Your task was to represent yourself, your team or a character through fashion this photoshoot. Or alternatively, you could just submit something high fashion. Let's see how we went!
Janice: What is it with that hairstyle? Please don't tell me you all cut each others hair with a bowl! Barring out the bowl cut, I enjoy the African element of this photo. The Lion head shoulderpads give it a tribal feel, while the jacket and leotard put a modern twist on it. The face has more life in it than your past photos, but it has come at the expense of your neck.
Morgan: This is quite unique isnt it, you are giving us an edgy fashion look whilst representing your team well. This is definitely something that I would wear down to the shops. Your face does have a lot more passion and tension in it as Janice mentioned, which is an enjoyment to see. I think you have done well here, perhaps giving us a bit more life in your modeling would be good but its a minor criticism as this photo still comes together nicely.
Rarity: Oh my ponies! I love this! The African representation is all over the place, especially with your lion mane sleeves! You even have claws coming out of the sleeves as well! I love your pose and expression, so very fierce! Your hairstyle is strangely reminiscent of Yasmin's from last shoot. I liked it then and I still like it now. Well done!
Rarity: You... you're going to play basketball in that? Alright, well, at least that outfit will have a use before you undoubtedly go and burn it. Please, burn it. If I scroll enough to make your head disappear, I love your pose. It's trying so hard to make your ensemble look presentable. I'm a little concerned about your hair, dear. Its a smidgen greasy on the top and the rest is just everywhere. Overall, I really just don't know how I feel about this.
Janice: I'm going to have to heavily disagree with Rarity here. I love this high-fashion interpretation of the hanbok, it is absolutely stunning. The basketball is out of place, and your reasoning behind it is completely flawed, but I think this photo is absolutely stunning.
Morgan: I think this is a pretty unique peice of high fashion right here and I dont mind it at all. I love how you are embracing that somewhat ugly outfit and still making it work for you, the styling of your hair goes great along with this. I love the tension in your eyes, your face stands out well here.
Janice: Emma has a sophisticated, elegant but youthful style that she's well known for. She is known for being one of the more conservative actresses in terms of personal style too. I find her face here a bit too squinty, but I am loving how long she looks. Look at those legs, look at that torso, look at that neck. I am loving the blue dress too, and the fascinator in combination with the ponies gives it a racing fashion style twist.
Morgan: Im so used to seeing a draw dropper photo from you, that this looks tame. But still superb of course. This is a simple and yet effective fashion style that Emma is exhibiting and I love how you are giving us the catwalk, model walk. Your eyes/face do look a little squinty as if you are walking into the sun or something, but overall I quite like this sophisticated and colorful photo.
Rarity: There you go smoozing up to the judges (or just me) with those stunning little creatures on either side. What I love so much about this, is that the outfit looks like it could have come from a fairyland. It's very Peter Pan like (who has been played by women in the past). I also love the background in the photo, it seems to match the outfit and you really do look like a little pixy. Well done once again!
Janice: I can see your angle here, but I don't think it fits the brief of a personal FASHION style. I can definitely see the crazy hysteria in the photo, but I cannot see the fashion very well.
Morgan: Is it because Janice just knocked me out that Im seeing three of you or is it because there is actually three of you? Okay its the latter I see now, I like the craziness here and this is different. You look wrapped up in your own little world as if you are putting on a performance piece, which I enjoy. However the fashion element is largely missing, I cannot tell what you are wearing on your lower body as it seems to blend into the background. Your upper half seems to be wearing something interesting however this photo doesn't provide a clear image of what it may be.
Rarity: I feel like I may be high because I can see clouds in all three of your shirts. It's spectacular! I absolutely love that you went with a black and white AND it's artistic. That to me, is absolute gold. On the topic of fashion though, Janice is right, with so much black, it's hard to tell what you're wearing but I see ballerina tights and I have to say this is absolutely one of the more unique takes for the challenge. Since it is a team game and there are three of you, this is just fantastic. Great job!
Rarity: Dear, did you singe your eyebrows off? I feel as though a combination of Shirley Temple and Marilyn Monroe were your inspiration for your hairstyle. It's cute, but let's not mix them again. So on to team fashion representation. The Jessica's are the haute courture's of this competition? Acceptable. And I do love that outfit, it's almost like it's a flapper dress that's been extended to a beautiful gown. Also I just read that you could pick a photo to represent just your model, so there you have it! Nice job!
Janice: Wow, that gown is beautiful! It's a great throwback to the dresses of the 20s-30s, and your face is beautiful. The hair is a bit wild for me, but it does suit the style of the photograph. I do love this, but I don't really like the positioning of your leg. It's a bit weird for me.
Morgan: Wheww this looks stylish, classic, unique and high fashion all at once. I actually really enjoy this. The styling and setting are great and really bring the photo to life, however I wish you brought more life to the photo too. The way that most of your limbs meet at the center of your body is a little too much and your right eye looks a little inverted and squinted. However your gown is beautiful and this is a great shot.
Rarity: ... My goodness. This does have high fashion written all over it. However, how does it relate to your team? Team Love. I would have loved to see a description for this because it's gorgeous and unique. I'm not even overwhelmed by the white because of the grey tint. I suppose it doesn't matter because you were given so many different choices to go with as far as what to represent, so high fashion it is. Good work!
Janice: Love. Flowers. I get it. The dress is really beautiful, there's no doubt here that the dress is can represent Team Love with the amount of flowers on it. I love the way you've twisted and curved your body, it really shows of your figure, and the dress to full extent. Your face, it's beautiful, albeit half hidden by the light. The way your eye on the dark side has caught the light is really creepy though.
Morgan: Ahh I always love a lady wearing flowers, your outfit certainly is high fashion and yet looks modern at the same time. You look quite long here even though the lower half of your body is missing. Your gaze is mesmerizing and yet you look star struck at the same time. As Janice mentioned that shadowing over your eye gives you the look that there is some sort of darkness beneath this innocent photo.
Janice: It's good to finally see a great photo of Emma S, because I know she's got it in her! Her face and red hair really suits the look you've presented us here. Normally, I don't like the shag carpet look, but here, you make it work, not to mention it's accessorised almost impeccably. If the photo had a black headband in the hair, I think it would've been perfect fashion-wise. Modelling-wise, you've given us great face, but the pose is awkward. And I would have loved to see the shoes that go with this ensemble.
Rarity: That is a super cute dress there Emma. I can see perfectly that you went her character as the flirty and fun, even without the scant description, that was obvious. Your pose is good as you seem to be leaning a little rather than standing stalk still like a telephone pole. Good work.
Morgan: Shake it! I love that little dance move you are giving me right there. Although the dress does resemble carpet you are making that dress work for you and making it more appealing which is good. I wish you were doing more of a pose or we could see more of your body because your legs look a little weird like two white stumps. But other than that, your fierce face is a good change to see.
