I decided to represent the element of Earth and in this photo Nicole looks beautiful with the plants all around her and the sunshine.

Janice: First, let's talk about the size - It's tiny, and we can't see anything. In future, try to keep the size about 400x400, but below 800x800?
I see Earth in this, but I think you should have expanded on that description. Earth is balanced. It's about patience, thoughtfulness and stability. That is exactly what we see in the photo, and that's what distinguishes it from being wood. However, we didn't get this in the description.

Morgan: This did need to be bigger so all the details of the photo could be emphasized. Its hard to see any of the details of your face which takes away any positives/negatives that could be said about this element of your modelling. The setting you are in surely does represent earth and its looks very tranquil and peaceful. You seem to look beautiful, but as mentioned the sizing of the photo makes it very hard to comment on details. If larger I think this would be a good representation of earth.

Rarity: Even though the size is small, it's clear as day what element you're selling. Even the bench your sitting on is stone. You have earthy tones in your clothing and the surrounding area is lush with green! Watch out for minor inconveniences such as size though, they can make a big difference. I say overall, well done!
