The jury member decided it would be best to continue without them. So let's not delay.

Penelope:

Janice: Congratulations on making the final.
Fei Fei's picture is amazing. That dress is to die for. Limbs look amazing, face is coy and playful and goes with the overall feel of the image. Sexy but playful.
Penelope's picture is easily her best in the whole competition. She may have been a dead weight in your team until now, but you've proven why she's here with this picture.
Quiet's probably my least favourite picture of her you've submitted, but it's still a good picture. I mean, it's hard to compete with your Natural Disasters or Political Issues pictures for this shoot. For an action shot, it's a great shot. But I'm missing that one leg.
Emma: Fei Fei..... never ceases to amaze me. This is the perfect Asian to be in the finals. Classy edgy high fashion
Great job
Penelope......yes yes yes. It's about damn time. This photo is perfect in every way
Quiet......Sorry. ....I don't like this at all. Not for Best of the Best
Utada: Fei Fei, love the dress and how different the styling feels. The vibe is great, too.
Penelope, probably my favorite photo of you this game. Love how dramatic the photo is. There's a lot going on, but nothing overpowers you. I feel like you saw this shot and then put Penelope on your team just to wait for a time to use it. Great shot.
Quiet, I do like the level of detail put into the shot, but I'm not finding much that I like about it beyond that. The posing could be stronger and I think is probably the main detractor for me since it's the pose that's giving us some problems with various angles. Still, 2/3 nailed it this round, so it's an overall good round.
Morgan: Wow Fei Fei looks like someone straight out of a disney set who is portraying some sort of seductress villan. You look stunning and even with high fashion going on you are the main focus of this photo, overpowering that powerful dress of yours.
Penelope this is the best photo I've seen of you so far, you have more of a softness and natural interaction with your setting occuring here. What interesting fashion as well.
Quiet you are one of the few models who can pull off action shots consistently but this one isnt as impressive as your previous ones. You look a bit too harsh in the face and you are lacking in thinking about your posing for the camera during the action.
Rarity: All three photos have amazing modeling aspects.
Fei Fei's over the shoulder eye-contact is drawing me in and I'm laughing at her holding a cat toy. That dress is, as Morgan said, very Disney villain of you, but so top-notch.
Penelope, finally! Of your three, she is your stand-out this round and I could not be more thrilled. I love every aspect of the photo.
Quiet is the one I'm underwhelmed by. I don't feel a special magic that makes it different from any other photo we've seen from her.

Marceline:
Janice: Congrats on making the final!
Abbey Lee's picture has that definite wow factor. Her face is heavenly, and the fashion appears so ethereal that the not seeing the arms thing makes sense. But really, again, that face - Wow.
Elle's picture is adorable. It hasn't got the same impact as Abbey's, but it's basically flawless in its own right. The crowning jewel is the positioning of the fingers.
Marceline, not quite the same level as the Ultima or Natural Disasters photoshoot in terms of wow factor, but it's a nice picture in its own right. Face is great, but I think I would have preferred a kick in this picture to give it a playful touch.
Emma: Abbey.....perfection. I'm in love with this photo.
Elle.....super cute and I think it works well for the theme but not as well as Abbey
Marceline.....usually your weakest model. I don't mind this shot tbh. I think it works
Utada: Abbey, I absolutely love this shot. I love that you went an artistic route with this and it works. Great fashion, great posing, and a lot to keep our interest.
Elle, I think this picture's only a bit of a letdown because we're coming off of Abbey's picture. It's a cute photo with nothing inherently wrong with it. I think it's also a nice move to give variety this round. The more I look at it, the more I find I like about it.
Marceline, definitely a step back up after that cosplay shot. It's an interesting angle for the shot and I appreciate the art style. I am left wanting a bit more from you here, but there's nothing wrong with the shot other than wanting something more impactful.
Morgan: Abbey I'm sure there is an intense story behind this moment. You look gorgeous and connecting on the prop at a level where it almost looks to be a part of you!
Elle this is an interesting approach, it highlights your natural beauty but in comparison to what we have seen from you it doesn't blow us away and showcase your final potential. It looks more amateurish.
Marceline you have just killed this competition, your unique appearance makes you so versatile for photoshoots I love how you have used your hair as an accessory and as a background/main feature for this photo. Crazy unique and effective.
Rarity: Abbey's is very dramatic and artistic. I want so much to be as in love with this as the other judges but I can't say I'm as wow'd as they are. On paper, everything works here for a prop challenge, but I'm not convinced it's her best of the best.
Funny enough, Elle's would be great for a prop challenge as well, but this also feels like a best of the best photo that is trying and coming up short. That background is doing wonders to bring her into sharp focus and I'm fairly impressed.
Marceline is the best for me. And that's saying something considering I feel like I've seen similar photos in the past. But this is a dreamland like best of the best quality photo and I'm excited about her hair consuming the photo and her, once again, Eve apple eating. She's definitely one of my favorite fictional characters to watch grow in this competition.
