~ Wheel of Fortune ~ The Wheel of Fortune card is about cycles of life, rebirth, and good luck. I went with this shot because the butterflies are a perfect match for the theme. They're a creature that's got one of the most dramatic and well-documented life cycles in all of nature, and their beauty is characterized by the caterpillar's rebirth from the cocoon. Butterflies are also regarded as good luck charms in a lot of cultures. As an added bonus, the outfit is very gauzy and silky, reminiscent of a cocoon's texture and styling, and the butterflies are flocking to and around Rose in a sort of round halo effect, reminiscent on the artwork of some Wheel of Fortune cards. Hope you like and appreciate the efforts <3

~ The High Priestess ~ To quote a certain website: "The High Priestess is a very spiritual card - often with sexual overtones. It can mean that the querent is in a phase where he or she is going to be much more physically attractive to others. She is tied to the moon, to femininity, and to inspiration. If you are a woman, you may well find people basically literally throwing themselves at you. Use this power wisely- it's potent!" I think that this photo really strongly meets the criteria of the High Priestess card. There are certain sexual overtones, but the female is very clearly the dominant figure and wielding a tremendous amount of power over the male figures. The setting is very otherwordly and vaguely reminiscent of the moonscape, which I think adds to the effect quite a bit. Hope you like it!

You're lucky International Beauties gave up The High Priestess. In terms of being tied to the Moon, I feel it'd be more convincing technically with a blue hue, but I'm not that advanced in photoshop to figure out how to do that. Other than that, I think it's a great submission.

I did actually try to make it blue, but I couldn't get it to look natural without making it really light and kind of blurry.

I am so happy you were able to switch cards...
Cause I hated that first submission!
Hate's such a strong word... Now, onto the photo you're actually being judged on. I love how you connected your photo to the card and it's done really well. You have great posing, great fashion, great theme connection, and the quality of the photo itself is so much better than your other submission.
