Could you please keep it Disney? I know Cinderella is a character from a fairy tale, but now you're working with more than ONE fictional character in that you have a variant. Disney's Cinderella is the most well known, so I assumed you would be using her. If you wanted to use this variant of Cinderella, you should have said in sign ups...
tl;dr, choose something else, I'm now allowing it.

Huh? I thought we were allowed to use any fan art and stuff we found online?
Like Marge's Pearl Earring Photo and Jessica's very first photo

You are, but that's a different variation of Cindy. Jessica, Jasmine and Chun-li only have the one variation of their character, and there's many different versions of Cinderella... Does that make sense? I allowed your halloweenie one because I thought it might have been an interpretation of Disney's Cinderella in Hallowe'en Town from The Nightmare Before Christmas - a sort of Kingdom Hearts fan art.
I like this one better than the one you first posted anyway.

Janice: What I like about this one is it looks like it's Big Ben in the background, it's like you are in London, but at the same time, in a foreign land in the same area of Europe. It's an interesting photo and definitely fills the brief. The area of Europe you represent is known for its romanticism, which you have captured well in this shot, as well as the fashion of the time. I think this is a very strong photo.

Jessie: I like this. It's classic Cinderella with a big ole clock in the background. I love the birds flying around you and Charming. Every time I think of the phrase twitterpated (from Bambi) I think of birds flying around people and the little twittering they make. Excellent work!

Morgan: Who is this prince charming! And why is his arms all over you and not me. Whatever.
Your setting is very complementary here, a great lively background with beautiful sights. You of course look great and very innocent here. It would have been better if you were dancing with a big, black, dancing devil like me but thats your loss. I love what Janice said about the Big Ben in the background, it really does look like that. This is a great representation of England. Ideally it would have been good to have some more focus on you, showcasing your setting but nothings perfect in this world except for me. A great job this week!
