This is very reminiscent of a frat party, chugging down the beer in a most unsightly manner. It's not the most flattering picture, and you're not looking even model pretty. You've got the theme down, but we're also judging on fashion this round: Will what you have on fulfil the quota?

The biggest thing that is jumping out to me in this photo is the quality - the quality is not good at all. Perhaps its trying to give us the perception of wearing beer goggles, but its making your face look very grainy. The alcohol thats spilling onto your chest makes you look slimy and dirty. Theres a theme connection sure but I fear its been at the price of removing your modelling components.

Well. I officially have no clue what I'm doing.
I made the image like that because I wanted you to see the beer all over him. I thought this was actually a really good photo and that I'd be 2nd place. I thoroughly like it even after all your criticisms. I feel like his pose is good, his clothes are good, he's showing some body. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of eye intensity.
I think the first time I played this game was a fluke.

I'm in the minority with the judges this round, it seems. I like this shot. Yeah, there is a bit of an issue with the quality of the image, but I feel like it fits the theme of the week, I like your styling, and I don't see how being beer-soaked is detrimental this week when you're expressing yourself at a party. The only parts of the photo I don't like are the quality...
AND THAT UGLY-ASS EARRING! I WANNA RIP IT OUT!!!

Reward #4 - Chibi Squall

Photoshoot #4 - High Arcana Squall Leonhart - Strength The Strength High Arcana card is not about focusing on pure physical strength, but inner strength and the power to overcome any obstacle. In the upright position it forebodes strength, courage, compassion, control and patience. The real Strength card usually depicts a woman and a lion. The lion is there to symbolize animalistic passions and desires. In a likewise manner to the real card, Squall is showing his compassion through taming the lion with a smile on his face; his right arm has the lion's jaw in his hand; and the lion is calm and not going to attack because he's so at ease his one eye is closed. Squall shows all 5 components of the High Arcana card: Strength - The inner strength to calm and tame a lion Courage - The courage to face the lion and confront it Compassion - The smile Control - Taming the lion, and his right hand on the jaw Patience - Sitting beside the lion

On the other side, this is the picture of Squall I was hoping you would choose. I felt it was the best one of the choices you posted, this was the best. It depicts the card perfectly, and I think it's executed extremely well. The clothes look slightly different to what you usually wear, even though they're the same, and that's what will give you extra points in fashion. In terms of modelling, it's where the picture suffers, but I don't think I'd rate it lower than a 3.

It seems you've put a lot of thought into your shot this week. You've done a great job explaining how your shot fits with The Strength card and I easily see it. For men's modeling (which tends to be more subdued than women's modeling) I think you have a fairly good pose and I like your art style. As Janice noted, it makes your outfit feel fresh. I'm not a huge fan of the blue glow on the left side of your head which is on top of the lion, as it makes it feel like two images thrown together, but I'd have to say that'd probably be my sole complaint about this photo. Great job.

Reward #5 - I wish I could use that: Squall Leonhart Even if I got rid of all the distractions (pencil, notebook spiral, etc) it would still be at a weird angle.

Photoshoot #5 - Classical Elements Model: Squall Leonhart - (Fictional Character) Element: Fire Going with the literal interpretation. He is in the Fire Cavern which is kinda like a volcano. He's not wearing his usual clothing and is wearing his SeeD uniform. He's also looks assertive which is one of the fire elements metaphorical interpretations.

Of your choices, definitely the better one. I wish I could see more of the SeeD uniform, but it's a great change, and perfect for a militarised fire element. Fire is definitely what I see here. I think you aced it.
