Thank you teams for your patience! This round you all did very well, and I was procrastinating because I don't want to make this difficult panel. So for this round, we asked you to show the best of what you had in a more real life manner.
Coven:
Daphne:
Mila:
Medusa:
Daphne:
Mila:
Medusa:
Janice: Daphne, that face is stunning, and intense. I really adore your lips here. The outfit is gorgeous too. The walk is very graceful and elegant. I'm going to nitpick a bit here. Your cleavage looks more like pecs here, and you're not Andrej Pejic... Or are you... ..... You are! Aren't you!
Mila, the dress and the pose is great, but my biggest qualm here comes in the trying-to-be-sexy face. Rather than sexy, it looks very tired. The lips are probably the worst part for me. If I chop off the head, perfect. But nobody would recognise you.
Finally, Medusa. This is probably the most striking and interesting cosplay. I think it's very tastefully done. However, in my scoring, I think I may have to dock some points for fashion content. The make up and styling of the face is great though. Also, the pose. I'm going to have to dock points there to for the pose, because all your limbs look amputated.
Morgan: Daphne you look fierce! This is a simple runway shot with fresh fashion and what appears to be a natural model. Your face has always been a focus point in your photos due to its unique spacing of the eyes and the large mouth, here your face looks naturally appealing even though its not the focus of the shot. Overall this is a very fitting and effective runway shot well done.
Mila this is a different approach to the typical stationary red carpet photo which is great to see. I like how the photographer appears to be chasing you to capture your presence rather than you posing motionless. Your dress is beautiful and flowing which suits your body as well as giving a fashion appeal to the shot. Your expression could have been more powerful you do look a little bored or unimpressed by the whole event but I've definitely enjoyed this alternative red carpet photo approach.
Well hello real life Medusa! You are one scary, attractive and intriguing character. This photo is very impressive; the way you have contorted your body gives an effective pose as well as effectively concealing and yet accentuating your nakedness at the same time. The makeup, crown of snakes and setting are all very complimentary and reflective of Medusa herself. Although the lack of clothing may impact your fashion appeal, I actually find the crown and makeup to be quite enticing fashion wise. I've never seen such a cute butt before by the way.
Noel: Daphne, you definitely know how to walk, but you don't need me to tell you that. I'm not the biggest fan of your face in this shot, but I'm beginning to feel like a broken record there. You just have a very harsh look and I feel like the expression is a bit too much. However, it has good fashion, good action, and good styling.
Mila, I'm going to have to echo the other judges here. I love the dress and the pose is a nice take on the red carpet photo, but the expression is a little... blah.
Medusa, I'm going to have to say to you here what I said to TestosterOWNED here: when it comes to tasteful nudes, I make up for the Fashion Content by going with the overall styling and the look of your skin in the photo. I would never want to prevent people from submitting shots like these if they work with the theme and this really works. It's a very impactful visual and I love the uniqueness of your pose. Definitely loving this shot.
Heart Attack:
Sui:
Jennifer:
Boa:
Janice: Sui, a great commercial runway shot with a striking, sassy pose. Great smile, nice fashion lingerie here.
I think with Jennifer, this is probably the best we've seen of her in this competition. The dress is stunning too.
Boa, I think it's a great cosplay. It's very accurate to the character, right down to the breasts. It's striking too. However, there's a something a bit off about it, I can't quite put my finger on it.
Morgan: Sui you have changed my perspective on you. Usually you have such a reserved, mature appeal to you but here you look fresh, young and fantastic. I see an inner passion and love for what you do, you are at home on the runway. You do look a little skinny, but that of course could be your natural Perhaps the outfit you are wearing isn't helping to accentuate your curves.
Jennifer this is probably one of the best photos I have see of you so far, your dress looks beautiful on you and the connection you are having with the viewer is memorising. Your figure looks great here with the dress complimenting your shape as well as your shoulders and upper torso being bare, which help to elongate your body. A solid red carpet shot.
Boa this is impeccable. I love your relaxed persona amongst the chaos happening in your setting (you caused the chaos didn't you!). You look so anime like even though we are seeing a real life female before our eyes. The fashion, your pose, styling and entire surrounding is perfection.
Noel: Sui, I love your outfit and how different it is. You definitely weren't afraid to go out there this round and you have a fierce pose. However, your face is a little psycho scary here. Otherwise, I really like what you've done here.
Jennifer, I'm once again having a bit of an issue with your face here. It looks pretty awkward. Also, I'm not a big fan of that color on your; it makes you look a bit washed out. However, I like the form of the dress and your accessorizing, so it's not all bad news.
Boa, I absolutely adore your shot this round. I'm a bit surprised that Morgan hasn't been drooling over your breasts this round. I think the shot could have been slightly better with a more open, powerful body positioning (like not having your arm crossed in front of you). Other than that, I have nothing negative to say here.
Team Pisces:
Cindy:
Jensen:
Michiru:
Cindy:
Jensen:
Michiru:
Janice: First of all Pisces, your pictures are really bad quality. All three of them. I think it was a combination of the quality of the pictures you chose and uploading process.
For Cindy's I can let this slide, because it was from over 10 years ago. The dress is gorgeous. The accessories are great. And you look gorgeous too.
Jensen, It's nice to see a variety of colour on men's red carpet. This is great for that. The quality I can't excuse in this case. I know it might not be your fault though. But I can see why you chose it for the red carpet look.
Finally, Michiru. A very nice portrayal of Princess Neptune. There were other, better ones you could've gone with, but this is still very nice.
Morgan: Cindy you look like the co-host to a talent contest, or maybe your one of the contestants? Either way your presence is strong and your fashion is impressive but this overall photo doesn't say runway to me, moreso it looks like a stage for an event of some sort. Perhaps its a difference in times and it shouldn't greatly impede on my scoring but its something stark that I needed to mention. Your classic look is effective here I like the styling of your hair and the confidence in your expression.
Jensen! Old! Old! Old! Old! You look old, you need to get some of that cream Ryan was selling in the cosmetic shoot and smear that all over your wrinkles. Play with your face a bit more in the mirror I know you can give us a more relaxed, fresh face. Everything else is fine, you look comfortable and confident on the red carpet and your suit is smart and yet fashionable at the same time. Hands in pockets is a safe pose, but its always good to mix it up in the future.
Michiru I can see that this is not only a role play photo but also a shot that conveys a story. Its great to capture history in a photo it makes it so much more powerful. The fashion threw me off a bit as Sailor Neptune has such a characteristic outfit which would have been good to see on the real life model. Even though you are scooped in somewhat of a foetus pose your body looks very elongated which is a positive. An intriguing shot overall.
Noel: Cindy, it's a bit strange to see that hairstyle on you since I've become so accustomed to your longer hair. However, it is always nice to see you switch things up. The fashion is a little dated, but that's understandable since your model is from a different modeling era. Still, it's a nice shot that does suffer some quality issues.
Jensen, I feel like something had to have happened to your shots when you uploaded them this round since all of them have quality issues and I know you better than that. Still, I can only go based off of what I see. Quality issue aside, this is a fairly nice shot. That is an unexpected suit color on him and it's nice to see.
Michiru, there is a great story to this shot and this shot suffers the least from your quality issues this round. I feel like there were better possibilities out there (and I've seen them), but I won't really hold that against you since it wouldn't be fair cause I didn't see other possibilities for other models, so they wouldn't have had that same standard held against them. We lack a bit in the modeling department, but that was to make room for the story-telling aspect which works well here.
Janice to Morgan: In the Sailor Moon manga, each Sailor Soldier is also the princess of their planet. They have different outfits then.
Morgan: Janice just informed me your cosplay was of Princess Neptune rather than the Sailor Neptune persona, in that case the outfit representation is quite accurate.
